Returning an unopened package
To be eligible for a return and refund for all items, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unopened.

Returning an opened package

If your package has been opened and/or you have tried on your underwear to find out it doesn't fit you and wish to exchange it for a different size please send it back to us  clearly marked or identified as worn.

Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for all deliveries back to us and for the new delivery.

Within the framework of its activities, the company ALLHERS  FZE, incorporated in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, UAE. 

The present Policy is applicable to the customers of the products offered by ALLHERS FZE  and to the visitors of the allhers.me website

ALLHERS FZE only processes personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes. ALLHERS FZE  does not process your data in a way that is incompatible with these purposes.

ALLHERS FZE processes your data as part of its relationship with its customers. To this end, the purposes pursued by ALLHERS FZE are the following:
- management of your order (and in particular preparation of the order, sending, invoicing and payment, exchanges and returns, right of retraction, requests for information, complaints...) on the contractual basis of your acceptance of the ALLHERS

- communication of information on the product you have purchased and commercial prospecting for similar products, on the basis of the legitimate interest of A&L to promote its products and services.

ALLHERS processes your data within the framework of the management of the users' accounts. To this end, the purposes pursued by ALLHERS FZE are the following:

- management of your account (including account creation, password management, order history, registered addresses...) on the contractual basis of your account creation request;

- reminders for unfinished orders on the basis of ALLHERS FZE legitimate interest in promoting its products and services.

ALLHERS FZE processes your data in the context of managing its workshops. To this end, the purposes pursued by ALLHERS FZE are the following:
- to manage your participation in the workshop (including registration, organization of the workshop, communication of information related to the workshop...) on the contractual basis of your request to participate in the workshop.

ALLHERS FZE processes your data in the context of messages sent via its website. To this end, the purposes pursued by ALLHERS FZE are the following:

- management of your message and response on the contractual basis of your request.

ALLHERS FZE processes your data in the context of litigation management. To this end, the purposes pursued by ALLHERS FZE are the following:
- management of claims and litigation, based on ALLHERS FZE's legitimate interest in exercising and protecting its rights.

ALLHERS FZE processes your data as part of the administrative management of its e-commerce site. To this end, the purposes pursued by A&L are the following:

- management of requests relating to your rights on the basis of ALLHERS FZE legal obligations;

- management of your image rights on the contractual basis of the image exploitation authorization that you have signed;

- management of the administrative and fiscal formalities (conservation of invoices, tax returns...) on the basis of the legal obligations of A&L.

ALLHERS FZE only processes personal data collected directly from you or resulting from the use of its website via cookies.

ALLHERS FZE only processes data or a category of data if it is strictly necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

ALLHERS FZE processes the following categories of data

- With regard to processing related to the management of your order or the execution of the GTC, your data may be kept for a maximum of five years from the end of your contractual relationship with ALLHERS FZE

- With regard to processing relating to the execution of ALLHERS FZE's legal and contractual obligations as well as the exercise and protection of its rights, your data is kept for the legally required period (e.g. ten years for the conservation of invoices) or the legal prescription period (e.g. five years for actions involving civil liability).

At the end of these periods, your personal data will be deleted or made anonymous so that you can no longer be identified.

RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA

The data collected is intended for ALLHERS FZE's internal services. Nevertheless, it may be transmitted and processed by third parties if the transfer of such data is necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned in this Policy and to comply with ALLHERS FZE's legal obligations, and in particular

- to any authorized third party when such communication is necessary: to comply with a legal obligation or a court order, to pursue an investigation or a procedure against ALLHERS FZE, to defend the rights of ALLHERS FZE;

- ALLHERS FZE service providers such as banks, auditors, lawyers, etc;

- to all ALLJHERS FZE subcontractors involved in: IT services (hosting, emailing...), travel management, commercial relations, reception and events, and security.
